I can’t recommend this academy enough… The dedication that the masters and instructors show is phenomenal and they truly care about positively impacting people’s lives through the art. My young son’s physical and emotional confidence has increased greatly as a result of his learning there and they teach not just self defence but discipline, respect, self awareness and the importance of positivity and well-being.

The children are keeping fit, growing strong and learning essential skills for their self-defence but more importantly for their wellbeing and character. Sifu Andrew shares his passion with the children and young people, and through his example and encouragement teaches them resilience and perseverance as well as kindness to others.

Amazing place to bring young people to build confidence and social skills, the master and his instructors are professional and qualified to teach their skills. My children have several after school clubs, but these activities are their best, because they are made to feel they are part of a new family.
